Ronnie was one of the Irish mercenaries.

Ronnie was one of the Irish mercenaries that went after Jack Rafferty's head along with Brian. After retrieving Rafferty's head his car crashed into Dallas's and Ronnie shot Dallas in the process. Ronnie then had his head sliced in half by one of Miho's throwing stars.
