Manson is a corrupt police officer who works with Bundy. It is implied by Bundy that Manson is a transsexual which Manson confirms saying that he hasn't been a woman in nine years. It is also said by Bundy that Manson is going through a divorce with his wife. Manson picks on Wallace who beats him with ease once he manages to flush a drug out of his system. Later on Manson attempts to shoot Wallace when Wallace offends him. However Captain arrives and shoots Manson, Bundy and two other officers dead. Manson is named after Serial Killer Charles Manson.
