Fargo was a good friend of Dwight McCarthy and an ex drug dealer. Dwight found his corpse hanging from a ceiling fan and presumed he had ripped someone off. Dwight then found the body of Bernard G Zimmer in the bathroom. It is revealed Fargo and Zimmer were killed by Douglas Klump and Burt Shlubb. Later on in the story Dwight receives a package from Fargo which reveals that he was working with Zimmer on a Drug trafficking operation which involved the Mayor and District Attorney. This was why Fargo was killed.
