Delia aka "Blue Eyes", a trained assassin hired by The Colonel. She uses the powers of seduction to lead unsuspecting men to their deaths and considers her co-worker Mariah to be "sloppy". She usually has sex with her victims before killing them. She herself is killed by Wallace, despite begging for her life.

Once she was engaged to Jim who called her "Blue Eyes". When they broke up she was married to a nasty man whom she killed. She then realized she liked killing and joined The Colonel's assassin Guild. For her "graduation" she was tasked to kill her only love to prove her devotion to the Guild

Blue Eyes

Jim was followed by an agent of the Guild; Jim noticed him and found his way into Kadie's to hide. However the mysterious man was there. Soon after Delia found him, telling him that she never forgot him and prayed to see him again.

Soon later they found themselves on bed and made love for one more time. Then she told Jim that she really love him... and that's why he had to die, and crunched his neck with her foot. The Colonel was there watching all this; he asked her new codename and she chose to be called "Blue Eyes".

Wrong Turn

Tasked by the Colonel to kill Eddie Dubois, she feigns to be unconscious on a dirt road where he is supposed to pass with his Studebaker. A guy picks her up, and she tells him that she must have got struck by lightning. He offers to take her to the hospital, but she refuses. She asks if he is married, and he says that he is not. She takes him to The Pits, and they make love, taking somehow long because she liked him. In the middle of it, he confesses that he is, in fact, married.

She starts choking him and calls him by the name of Eddie and who he is. He explains that he is a used car salesman named Phil.

Lethal heel

Bothered, she sticks the heel of her shoe in his eye socket, killing him. She meets up with the Colonel and Gordo at the entrance to the pits. They open the trunk of Phil's car to put him inside and find his wife with six bullets in her belly. They throw him in as well and Gordo pushes the car into the pits. Delia explains that she has a train to catch in 3 hours, and she should do it instead of Mariah.

Wrong Track

Delia finds Eddie, hits on him, and they make love near the back of the train.

When they're done, she snaps his neck and throws him off the train. Leaving the rear of the train, the Colonel waits for her and asks her if she will make love with every victim to what she responds "Only the ones I like".

Hell and Back

Delia is first seen when Wallace enters Esther's apartment. Delia claims to be Esther's roommate but not before saying that Wallace kidnapped Esther. Manute attacks them and is beaten in combat by Wallace.

The duo proceed to dodge sniper fire and a Mercedes. Wallace then meets up with Captain (his old war buddy), borrows his car and takes Delia to a motel where he interrogates her. Wallace deduces that Delia is not Esther's roommate but is shot by a sniper and drugged.

Later on Wallace meets up with Captain and ambushes Delia, Gordo and Drug Wizard Maxine. After killing Gordo and Maxine and wounding Delia, Wallace executes Delia.
