Captain was Wallace's commanding officer and the homosexual lover of Jerry.

Captain was first encountered when Wallace asked him if he could borrow his car because his own car was damaged. Captain later on saved Wallace by shooting corrupt police officers Manson and Bundy.
Captain interrogated a sniper to find out where Delia is heading. Wallace and Captain ambushed The Humvee that Delia was driving. However Captain is shot and wounded by Gordo. After the gunfight Captain had already died. Wallace then burned his body with help from Jerry.
